Spray Patching

Spray Patching is a unique method for repairing defects in asphalt of any size or shape. This service allows your asphalt to last much longer by sealing the potholes, cracks, or alligatored areas. After spray patching is completed, the water will be unable penetrate through to the base and cause further deterioration. The damage caused from traffic will be reduced substantially and the life of the asphalt will be extended drastically.

The process involves first cleaning the affected area so it is free of all debris. Next, the winter spec emulsion is applied to fill the problem area. Then a 7m washed rock is mixed with the emulsion to create a strong yet still flexible surface on the patch. This mixture sets up quickly and does not leave a mess. We use a roller/packer to finish the product and create a smooth, stable, and water-tight patch. These patches last at least 3 years depending on traffic volume. The patches are resilient to extreme temperatures because they can expand and contract with the temperature fluctuations, and the product will not ‘chip out’ like cold mix asphalt patches do. We repair driveways, parking areas, and asphalt roads, highways, or bridges.
